FOR SNAPWITS, THE OFFLINE SET OF QUICK TESTS FOR ANDROID

Application ID: com.brisklab.snapwits
Published by: AP Drago d.o.o., Maribor, Slovenia
Languages: Slovenian and English  ·  In effect from: 12 September 2026

Snapwits measures your reflexes and forgets everything else. No account, no advertising, no analytics, no crash reporting, nothing to buy, no Android permissions and no network connection — your scores are written to your own phone and stay there.

~20 sWho is responsible

Snapwits is made and published by AP Drago d.o.o., a company registered in Slovenia, which releases its games under the name CrimsonOak Games. Under the General Data Protection Regulation that company would be the controller of any personal data the app processed; it processes none, so the title has nothing to govern.

~40 sYour scores are measurements, not a profile

Each test writes numbers to a small file in the app's private storage so that a best score means something and a trend line has points to draw:

These are timings of taps, not observations of a person: nothing is linked to a name, an email address, a phone number, a device identifier or an advertising identifier, and nothing is compared with anyone else's. Reaction times are a game score here — not a health measurement, not an assessment of anything, and not shared with anybody, us included.

~25 sEverything happens on the handset

Timing is done by the device's own clock, the tests are generated in the app, and the charts are drawn from the local file. No result is uploaded for comparison, no leaderboard exists, and no daily challenge is fetched. Uninstalling the app takes the whole record with it — there is nowhere else for it to survive.

~35 sDeliberately not in the build

No advertising library, so nothing plays between rounds and no advertising profile is built from how quickly you tap. No analytics library and no crash reporter, so no usage events, session logs or crash traces are gathered or transmitted — we do not know your best reaction time or how often the app is opened. No billing library, so no test, statistic or retry is for sale and no payment data exists. No account system and no sharing.

Snapwits requests no Android runtime permissions at all: not camera, microphone, location, contacts, storage or notifications.

~20 sNetwork use

None. Both language versions and every test are compiled into the download, so the app opens no connection to our servers or to anyone else's and behaves identically in aeroplane mode. Nothing leaves the phone to be intercepted, and nothing arrives that could change how the app behaves after you install it.

~30 sGoogle Play, and nobody else

Installing or updating Snapwits is a transaction between you and Google, handled under Google's own privacy policy and its agreement with you. Our side of it is the aggregated, anonymous console view — install counts, ratings, country totals — which cannot be resolved to a person.

If a future version of Snapwits ever includes anything that touches the network, this page will be rewritten before that version is published, and the change will be stated plainly rather than slipped in.

~25 sYounger players

Snapwits suits any age and is often quicker in younger hands. Because it collects no personal data from anyone, it collects none from children either, and there is nothing in it — no adverts, no chat, no sharing, no outbound links, nothing to buy — through which a child could send information anywhere or spend money.

If you are a parent, guardian or teacher and something appears to behave differently from what is described here, please write and we will look into it.

~45 sYour rights, and wiping your scores

The General Data Protection Regulation and Slovenia's Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2) let you ask whether your personal data is processed, obtain a copy, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to processing, and complain to a supervisory authority. All of those need data in our hands, and there is none — a written confirmation is available if you would like one for your records.

The scores file on your phone answers only to you: reset the history inside the app, clear the app's data in Android settings, or uninstall Snapwits and it goes with the app. No copy survives elsewhere, because none was ever made.

Complaints may be addressed to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec, ip-rs.si) or to the supervisory authority where you live, though a note to us is usually faster.

~15 sChanges, and how to reach us

This page changes only when the app does, and the date near the top moves with it. Builds already installed keep behaving exactly as described here.

Questions about this policy, a score that looks wrong, or a test that fires late: snap@apdrago.world. One inbox, read by the person who wrote the app, usually within a couple of days. Pišete lahko tudi v slovenščini.

This policy covers the Android application Snapwits (com.brisklab.snapwits) and no other software.
